Who is the handbook for?

This handbook is intended for people looking to gain access to regular care and movement activities. I hope the handbook will be helpful for anyone interested in building a toolkit for reflection. This book is a place for moving, exploring and playing, it can be used in whichever way suits you best.

What is included in the handbook?

  • Opening thoughts: An introduction & how the handbook can be used.

  • Exercise 1: A breathing exercise to support connecting with your breath and finding your rhythm.

  • Exercise 2: A movement and mapping exercise exploring cycles and noticing change.

  • Exercise 3: An intention setting exercise, playing with water and ritual.

  • Exercise 4: Monthly reflection - prompts and swelling points to reflect on the past month
