Welcome to this month’s swole handbook. Within this handbook you will find one activity/moment for self exploration for each week of the month. For each activity, I’ve offered a swelling point. This is a prompt, a consideration, an invitation that you could swell from if you’re looking for somewhere to start. This workbook is yours and a space for you - there is no wrong or right way to do this. The handbook is made to be used in whatever way that feels safe and supportive for you.
