Welcome to this month’s swole handbook. Within this handbook you will find one activity/moment for self-exploration for each week of the month. For each activity, I’ve offered a swelling point. This is a prompt, a consideration, an invitation that you could swell from if you’re looking for somewhere to start. This handbook is yours and a space for you - there is no wrong or right way to do this. The handbook is made to be used in whatever way that feels safe and supportive for you.

What is included in the handbook?

  • Opening thoughts: An introduction & how the handbook can be used.

  • Exercise 1: A breathing exercise to support connecting with your breath and finding your rhythm.

  • Exercise 2: A movement and mapping exercise exploring cycles and noticing change.

  • Exercise 3: An intention setting exercise, playing with water and ritual.

  • Exercise 4: Monthly reflection - prompts and swelling points to reflect on the past month
